Shay Hasselmann is the founder of The Shay Hasselmann Group at Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas. He has found the real estate industry extremely rewarding and has exceled quickly, generating millions of dollars of business. He is currently ranked 4th in his office for overall production, and is in the top 1.5% for production in all of Clark County. His rookie season several years ago was exemplary, earning him the title "Top Producing Rookie.” His previous work experience included owning his own national trucking company and working as a manager for multiple high volume restaurants. With this background as both an entrepreneur and engaging in service oriented businesses, it was only natural that Shay would merge his experiences to lead a real estate team dedicated to serving clients.
Shay's passion and fresh forward perspective on the real estate industry is why he is known as one of Las Vegas’ premiere real estate agents. His marketing, networking skills, knowledge of the market, and creativity are some of reasons that he is able to put deals together in such a short amount of time. As a client you can expect nothing but the best as Shay is sure to meet a client’s every need and strives to exceed in all areas. His number one priority is communication, making sure all details of each transaction is communicated to everyone involved — from the sellers and buyers to the agents and lenders. In his down time, Shay loves to relax with his lovely wife Jennifer and their two little boys Ryder (6) and Hunter (4). He enjoys powerlifting, running, movies, traveling, and most of all dining out! He also enjoys spending time with his four dogs Rocky, Oliver, Bruiser, and Daisy.
Victor Lopez is the Buyer Specialist in the Shay Hasselmann Group at Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas. Victor comes from an Executive Management background as a former Executive Sous Chef for high volume restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip and Beverly Hills, CA. for over ten years.
Just like Shay, Victor also values communication as one of the keys to his success. Victor likes to push technology to the limit using Telephone, Email, Text and all social media to communicate with his clients.
Victor enjoys crossfit, indoor soccer, cooking, and watching football.
Kate Sprouse is a buyer specialist for the Shay Hasselmann Group at Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas. When finding your next home, she will listen to your needs and utilize the latest in technology to exceed your expectations. After all, one of her favorite moments in the transaction is her clients’ reaction when she finds “The One” for them.
Kate has always been in the business of customer service and communication. As an American Sign Language interpreter for 18 years, she served the Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities as both a contract interpreter as well as a video relay interpreter. She also taught American Sign Language at the College of Southern Nevada (CSN). She holds a National Interpreter Certification (NIC) and a Master of Arts in Education, specializing in Adult Education and Training.
In her down time, Kate loves to spend time with her husband, Mike, and her daughter Amalia. She loves to go hiking and walking with her dogs, baking for family and friends, interior decorating, and also loves to read.
